The did a lot of trading on night one of the 2026 NFL Draft but didn't actually make any picks. As the second and third rounds arrive on Friday night, it's time for the Bills to actually make some selections, and there are still some intriguing players available to target. The Bills have plenty of needs -- all over the defense, as well as wide receiver. That means they could go a lot of different directions. Barring more trades, they'll be on the draft first at No. 35 overall, the third pick of the second round. Here, we've got five potential targets for Buffalo, one apiece depending on your position of choice. 2026 NFL DRAFT HQ Larry Bowa Jersey : | | Best players available for Bills at 35th pick Note: These players could be chosen in one of the first two picks of the second round before Buffalo is on the clock. Jacob Rodriguez, LB, Texas Tech He was a Heisman Trophy contender as a linebacker. That's how good Rodriguez is. The Bills are depleted at linebacker and could use a leader and tackler like Rodriguez. Jermod McCoy, CB, Tenne see Buffalo definitely needs cornerback help, and ESPN ranks McCoy as its best available player remaining at any position in the draft. Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo The Bills picked up C.J. Gardner-Johnson to conceptually fill the safety spot next to Cole Bishop. But McNeil-Warren was a clear first-round talent who slid, and Buffalo could simply benefit from grabbing the MAC star's talent and figuring it out later. BEST DRAFT NAMES: | | | Denzel Boston, WR, Washington If Buffalo wants a young wideout to add to the mix, this is the guy. Boston is 6-foot-4 and could be the player Keon Coleman hasn't turned out to be. Zion Young, EDGE, Mi souri The Bills could also consider Ohio State DT Kayden McDonald, but Buffalo's interior D-line isn't bad.
